No “contact sales for tier 4.” No 12-month minimums hiding in the fine print. Pick the door that fits your runway, book a call, get going.

Pick one packaged stack — Founder Brand, D2C Performance, or B2B Demand. We deploy it end-to-end. Working agents in your tools by week six. Not a deck.
Project · 6–10 weeks
For mid-market and scale-up teams ready to build a real AI marketing engine. Multiple stacks, bespoke agents, all integrations. Owned by you when we hand it off.
A simple read on each door. If two of these describe you, the higher tier usually pays back faster.
Two costs sit outside our fee. Both are itemised before kickoff. Neither has a markup.
You pay OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google directly using your own API key. Typical range: $200–$2,000/month depending on volume and which models you choose. Most One Stack Ship clients land around $300/mo.
If models drop in price (they have, every six months for two years), your cost drops. We don’t skim a margin.
After launch, most teams choose either: self-serve (you have the runbook and can tune the agents yourself), or monthly retainer from $2K/month for a Stack — we add new flows, retrain on fresh content, and handle anomalies.
No annual minimums. Cancel any month with notice.
Number of stacks combined, count of bespoke agents, depth of integrations, and how messy the existing stack is. We give you a fixed quote inside that range after the audit week. No surprise invoices.
Yes. If you commission One Stack Ship within 60 days of audit delivery, we credit 100% of the audit fee. Same for a custom build. The audit isn’t a tax, it’s a deposit.
It scales linearly with volume but the per-output cost has dropped roughly 70% over the last two years. We design every agent to use the cheapest model that meets the quality bar — not the flashiest one.
You receive the source repo, prompts, workflows, and a 30-day support window for handover. No lock-in clause. Your agents run with or without us. That’s in writing.
We define success metrics together upfront — hours saved, output volume, quality benchmarks. If we miss them at handoff, we keep working until we hit them. That’s in the contract for both One Stack Ship and Custom Build.
Still on the fence? Book a 30-minute call. We’ll tell you which one fits, or whether you should hold off entirely. Either is fine.
